Who we are
Windcraft is operated by Alican Başak (a sole operator) based in Türkiye. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record; your payment contract is with Paddle, while these terms govern your use of the Windcraft service.
Plain version
- You own your design tokens, contracts, rules, and source code.
- We charge $29 / month. 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal.
- We don't store your source code — only metadata (tokens, contracts, rule violations).
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the service, abuse the API, or use Windcraft to host illegal content.
Limitation of liability
Windcraft is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for indirect damages.
IP
You retain all IP in your design tokens, project data, and code. Windcraft retains IP in the platform itself.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll email you at least 14 days before any material change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to its courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply.
